Kutztown Restroom Water Loss

The retail store in Kutztown manager was surprised how quickly responded to his call to deal with a water-damaged bathroom. The water was mopped out before we arrive, and We're Faster To Any Size Disaster, from the small cubicle, but the walls were soaked along with the wood baseboard trim. We did a flood cut to remove just the non-salvageable lower portion of the drywall. This controlled demolition helped to dry the area, removing some of the moisture instantly. The After Photo shows the restroom wall dried after a biocide spray on the framing and the vinyl floor which suffered no physical damage. The tubes running to the toilet are simply capturing and draining any excess humidity in the air of the affected area. Management was very pleased with how we completed the restoration with minimal disruption to the paying customers.
